There are events that deserve good photography. Telling the story of marriage is a difficult task: you need concentration, patience, a critical look at the scene, an excellent dose of poetry and also be blessed a little with luck. I love photography and I love building stories.
This is why I try to identify myself as much as possible in the story, not to violate the natural flow of events, to make myself invisible or part of the game.
I want to talk about my couples' marriage as if it were my own, each time getting married in a different way thanks to them.
I feel a strong call for Juventus. It helps me to eliminate the superfluous, to bring photography into a timeless, almost dreamlike state.
Color, when it exists, must communicate and be the protagonist. Beyond this, no artifice, no hybrid compromise.
I like to define my narrative style, with a specific grammar that is smooth and comprehensive, simple and exciting.

BIOGRAPHY

I was born in Puglia, my homeland.
My roots are here, among the ever-changing light and the olive trees that seem to tell ancient stories.
My passion for images was born from a journey of curiosity: I explored drawing, writing, theater.
Then I realized that photography was the way I felt most to listen to and convey emotions. So I started studying: a Master's in Fashion Photography in Milan, workshops and labs all over Italy, always searching for a voice of my own, authentic.
In 2008 I founded Studio Petrara. At first I worked in commercial photography, then I discovered that in weddings I found something deeper: the opportunity to tell the story of life, not to pose it. I gradually built my own language: narrative photography.
I photograph discreetly, letting events unfold. I seek spontaneity, relationships, fragments of truth to capture in every shot. I don't direct, I don't create scenes: I listen and tell stories.
My desire is to be able to deliver sincere memories, photos that can move you every time you look at them.
